MeeDeeYa Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Caramend Holdings Inc., which operates MeeDeeYa. By using meedeeya.com or MeeDeeYa, you agree to them.

Using MeeDeeYa
You must be at least 18 to use MeeDeeYa. You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and not misuse the service, including by trying to get around its security or by sending unlawful content.

Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into MeeDeeYa. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you.

Text-messaging program
- Program name: MeeDeeYa.
- If you agree to receive text messages, MeeDeeYa will send you the types of messages you agreed to, such as confirmations and updates about MeeDeeYa.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out, and no further messages unless you opt in again. To opt in again, reply START.
- For help, reply HELP or email support@meedeeya.com.
- Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using MeeDeeYa.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile phone number. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Email
We send account and service emails needed to provide MeeDeeYa. Marketing emails are sent only with your agreement and include an unsubscribe link.

Service changes and ending
We may change or stop parts of MeeDeeYa. You may stop using it at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if the law requires it.

Disclaimers and limits
MeeDeeYa is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for MeeDeeYa in the 12 months before the claim.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date.
